Mash 67c 65min
Sparge 7l water (78c)
Boil 60min
- 15g Pekko (60min)
- 15g Amarillo (15min)
- Orange Peel from 3 oranges - No white stuff (Flameout)
- 50g Amarillo (Arome hopstand 80c 15min)
- Safale US05
- 30g Amarillo (dry hop)
- 30g Pekko (dry hop)
- Orange Peel from 5 oranges - No white stuff (dry hop)
- Orange Peel from 3 oranges - No white stuff (steel container in keg)

Notes:
Nice orange character and maybe the taste is more mandarin than orange. Likely the orange peel in the keg is the only thing that actually made a difference.
